Nice for what it does - Needs a couple new features.

I appreciate having access to the communities, my support cases, and RMA info. Access to TAC is a nice touch. That said, Id really like to have the ability to open a case, and view/update a co-workers support cases. Any chance we can see this sometime soon?

Cant creat TAC case

?? If I need a browser to open a case, why not use a browser to mange them? This would have been a great app if it simplified the management AND creation of a TAC case.

Good not great

This is a nice app for reviewing cases but I agree with other posts regarding the app is lacking due to the inability to open new cases. I would also like to see cases opened by my other admins all under the same contract. Add the ability to open cases and this would be a better app but is still a good app for reviewing your cases.

Update broke forums access

The latest update broke forum access. Seems like it now loads a web view where you would have to log in. Who the heck knows passwords for this stuff when theres literally thousands of sites and services that require logging in. Previously one single sign on which was saved in this app would be enough to keep track of your forum posts. You can easily keep track of support contracts and taking pictures of equipment barcodes to see if they are under active SmartNET is nice. Just if they brought back forum integration it would really help out.

I love to be able to check and update my cases wherever I am. And the new notifications update is a great addition.

This is an excellently designed app. The interface is clear and simple. On top of that, it does what its supposed to do. I use the app regularly in my iPhone 6 without hiccoughs. Great job developers and thanks for keeping the size to a minimum!

Love the way this app lets me know when there are support cases opened on key infrastructure. Automatically alerts to security advisories and end of life.

Excellent app for keeping on top of issues

App allows you to keep on top of reported issues in customer network and is invaluable in support function - the latest alert capability for sounds and notifications are great!
