Cisco Technical Support app good for

Thats a great tool. I use it almost every day. You can contact directly the TAC engineer, search for things in the community, look for bugs or manage the contracts. All these in one place, perfect!
Excellent app to view and manage your Service Requests when traveling, useful for both customers/partners and Cisco engineers!
This app does not support national language in the cases. Unable to read something but English.
I want use it Chinese.can you give me? Im have CISCO ID but i cant find it now...

Some bad moments

This application is great - it helps me to interact with Ciscos Support Community, and engage with others that have similar technical challenges. Also, I really like how easy it is to use and find information.
The new iPad version is great, now only if they can update the older iPhone version to match the new look it would be awesome!
Not sure what happened but none of the feeds work anymore. :(
I have been using this utility for several months and have found it to be very useful to navigate through the various Cisco support communities. It also makes it very easy to find and view Cisco video tutorials. I have not found anything negative so far.
Easy, effective locator of information, following threads, locating valuable videos on You Tube but specific to Cisco and network protocols. I teach networking and cant wait to show my students this utility and use as another tool for troubleshooting.
I installed this thinking Id have access to my support tickets on the go, but this is not the case.

Usually Cisco Technical Support iOS app used & searched for

support, vpn connect, spark business, cisco webex, cisco spark, cisco vpn, support.com, support.com connect, support the app, and other. So, download free Cisco Technical Support .ipa to run this nice iOS application on iPhone and iPad.
